Dr. Brittney Ezell is a highly motivated and strategic real estate executive with a proven track record of growing revenue in global organizations. Her leadership and training expertise spans diverse industries, including real estate, motivational speaking, elite entertainment, technology, and Division I women’s basketball. She partners across the C-suite, fostering cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
Building on over 20 years in athletics leadership as a Division I women’s basketball coach, including at the University of Alabama, Belmont University, and East Tennessee State University, she transitioned her focus to public speaking and executive leadership, helping companies and teams maximize their success.
Following her eight-year tenure with East Tennessee State University, Dr. Ezell expanded her leadership experience and impact by becoming the CEO of Keller Williams – Johnson City Market, leading the #1 team in agent count, units, and sales volume in the United States. She simultaneously serves as EVP of Elite Entertainment Experiences where she combines her love for all sports, creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences and building strong partnerships. In 2022, she also joined the leadership team of Keller Williams Sports & Entertainment, where she educates agents on interacting with high-level sports and entertainment professionals.
Leveraging her numerous successes as an executive and head coach, Dr. Ezell coaches small to large businesses and speaks to industry associations and professional groups across the country. Her passion for sports, developing others, and leadership innovation has led to numerous accolades, including East Tennessee State University Coach of the Year, University of Montevallo Coach of the Year, All SEC Women’s Athlete, and the University of Alabama’s two-sport athlete. In addition, Dr. Ezell serves on the Tennessee State Board of Directors for the Alzheimer’s Association and on the Success Beyond Gameday Board of Directors.
Dr. Ezell earned a doctorate in global sport leadership from East Tennessee State University, a masters of higher education administration from the University of Nebraska and a bachelor of business administration/management from the University of Alabama.
